Hélène welcomes you to a charming farmhouse of character, steeped in history & carefully restored according to the rules of the art, once linked to the elegant neighboring castle of the XVIth century that it occupies, nestled in the peace and quiet in the countryside on a vast private estate of 40 ha, rich in a magnificent "listed park" with century-old trees (American oaks, Douglas firs, cedars, giant sequoias ...) accessible for relaxing walks.
Nestled "on a balcony" on a southern plateau overlooking a peaceful typical village (& its Romanesque church of the 12th century), the property benefits from a beautiful exposure & a sublime panorama of the Charolais bocage, extending as far as the eye can see like a literal postcard landscape.
Total tranquility, nestled in the hollow of a bucolic preserved rural setting, succession of valleys of pastures, rivers full of fish, ponds & deep wild forests.

Le gîte est mieux que sur les photos. Il est spacieux et parfait pour une famille. Le coin est magnifique et regorge de lieux à visiter.Seuls remarques: la propriétaire n’est pas très réactive, la cuisine est très petite et manque un peu d’équipement. À part ça, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Gite magnifique dans un cadre enchanteur.Confortable ,calme et chaleureux. Idéal pour un séjour en famille avec enfant, il peuvent s amuser sans risque dans un parc et un jardin entièrement clos.Je recommande vivement ce gite et nous remercions les propriétaires.

Agréable gîte, au calme avec toutes les commodités. Le jardin était notre critere mais les puits non sécurisés à ciel ouverts en ont limites l’utilisation. Il manquait juste un bon canapé pour se prélasser (celui à dispo était trop vieux), une vraie table à manger dehors et des lumières efficaces dans les chambres.
