A traditional mid terrace cottage situated on the southern shores of Ullswater with superb fell views and walks from the door.. Ground Floor:
Living room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, Electric Woodburner
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Superfast Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair.
Enclosed garden with patio and barbecue.

Standing in a short row of cottages, just a stone’s throw from the southern shore of Ullswater, this comfortably furnished and cosy, traditional slate cottage enjoys spectacular rear views to the fells from its delightful, south east facing garden.
The cottage is located centrally in the Lake District National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
There is superb walking from the doorstep, water sports are available in the village, and a cruise on the famous Ullswater steamer is a must.
A spectacular drive over nearby Kirkstone Pass drops down into Windermere and Ambleside making this an excellent central holiday location.

We had a brief stay at the cottage to attend a wedding in the village...we didn't spend much time in it, but the cottage is clean, well maintained and equipped, would recommend for a trip to the Lakes, wish it had been longer!The Travellers Rest pub a short walk away is excellent for food!

We had a lovely time in this comfortable cottage. The views from the rear are spectacular especially with the trees in golden autumn colours. It is cosy and very convenient for the village and Ullswater.

Lovely cottage well equipped and within walking distance to lake.
Only negative was upper bedroom has no door so kids complaining of hearing their dad snoring!
