River Mill has been equipped and furnished to a good standard to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Located a short distance from the famous village of Glencoe, and just 15 miles from Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK, the area is renowned for its large variety of outdoor pursuits, breathtaking scenery and abundance of wildlife.
There are plenty of walks on the doorstep, and the Sustrans cycle track from Glencoe to Oban runs through the village.
Climbing, hill walking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, fishing and golf are just a few of the many activities available and within easy reach.
The ICE factor national ice climbing centre, at Kinlochleven is 8 miles away. The Jacobite Steam Train in Fort William will take you through some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland, or take a trip up Aonoch Mor on the gondola.
Take the short crossing and head for the Ardnamurchan Point, the most westerly point in Britain, or take the ferry over to the beautiful Isle of Mull.
Further afield, you can take a day trip to Oban, Loch Ness and Inverness, the highland capital. The area is steeped in history with an abundance of wildlife, and the magnificent backdrops which surround this area have been used in many famous films including Harry Potter and Braveheart.
A short walk will take you to the Isles of Glencoe and a regular local bus service is available.
For the less energetic, you can sit, relax and unwind in this lovely property where happy memories will be made.

Spacious and convenient house with garden and stream flowing by. Was good for my disabled wife, though it would be nice to have an accressible ensuite bathroom on the ground floor (eg walk-in shower instead of a bath). There were steps into the house (3) and into the garden, where ramps would have made it an even better experience. But overall we managed fine.

Excellent location, an easy level walk to local facilities. Delightful garden bordered with River Laroch. Some easy local walks from the front door. If there are 10 or 11 of you, you'll quite cosy at meal times around the table with *just* enough room if you keep your elbows in. Plenty of excellent ...
