Come and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature in this superb new chalet, situated in Puyvalador, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, right in the heart of Capcir.
The chalet, which can accommodate up to 10 people, comprises a large living area with a seating area around the wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms.
There is a lovely terrace and a large garden opening out onto the countryside.
Outdoor parking is available.
Bed linen and towels included.
Ideal for a relaxing break in both summer and winter! On the ground floor: - Hallway with storage space for sledge or skis - Living room of approximately 30 m² featuring: Seating area with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove.
Firewood is provided. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee/cappuccino machine, raclette and fondue sets… The chalet does not have a dishwasher. Dining table and benches seating 10 guests - Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 200 cm) - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail Upstairs: Accessible via a wooden staircase, you’ll find two large bedrooms measuring 22 and 27 m². - Bedroom 2: double bed (160 x 200 cm), sofa that converts into a double bed. - Bedroom 3: double bed (160 x 200 cm), sofa that converts into a double bed. - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail Outside: - Covered terrace of approximately 10 m², facing east, with barbecue and garden furniture, from where you can enjoy a superb view of the lake and the mountains. - Unfenced garden, opening out onto the surrounding countryside - Outdoor parking in front of the chalet Neighbourhood: The chalet is situated in an extremely quiet housing estate. There are numerous farms nearby, offering the chance to buy produce directly from the farmers. - Formiguères, 4 km away: bakery, butcher’s, mini-market, newsagent’s, bike hire, ski hire, restaurants, bar, tourist office. - Les Angles, 10 km away: shops, Angleo Spa, Lake Matemale, Les Angles en Capcir Wildlife Park… Activities: In summer: Hiking and cycling, water sports around Lake Puyvalador, fishing, Lou Bac in Les Angles, wildlife park, Fontrabiouse Caves, Lake Matemale leisure centre, swimming pool and spa in Formiguères… In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, sledgeing… - Formiguères ski resort, 8 km away: situated at an altitude of 1,700 m, the resort offers slopes rising to 2,400 m with a impressive vertical drop of 700 m. - Les Angles ski resort, less than 10 km away (15 minutes by car) Transport: - A car is the best way to get around the region - Seasonal shuttle buses from Mont Louis - Bolquère-Eyne railway station, 21.8 km away (29 minutes by car) - Perpignan South Airport, 102 km away (1 hour 38 minutes by car) Other information: - Travel cot available on request - Four sledges available to borrow on request. - Pets allowed on request: additional charge of 70 euros per stay - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

El lugar es espectacular la cabaña preciosa y muy cómoda, los anfitriones muy simpáticos, se nota que cuidan de sus huéspedes sin duda volveremos a alojarnos con ellos queremos disfrutar de la zona en veranos.
