Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 43” 4K Smart TV in sitting room plus BluRay/DVD player and Sky basic entertainment package (movies and sports not included). Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed front patio with furniture and terrace garden to the rear with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile in Blaenau Ffestiniog. Note: Rear garden isn't secure pets and children to be supervised. Roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis (plus further parking 100 yards from the property).
