Bay Tree House is an exceptional property rests within Seaton, Devon. It comes with eight bedrooms, comprising 2 x first-floor king size, 1 x first-floor twin, 1 x first-floor double, 1 x second floor bunk bed, 1 x second-floor twin, 1 x second-floor king size, and 1 x second-floor double, together sleeping 15 people. On the second-floor you will find a family bathroom and on the third-floor, you will find a third-floor shower room, with walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as an open-plan living space, with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Concluding the accommodation is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, in addition to unrestricted roadside parking on a first-come-first serve basis, a front garden and a rear seating area with barbecue. Lovely, spacious and well appointed with all home comforts. Everything we needed was there. Being a group of 8 friends it was perfect to have a room each and the property has 8 toilets too! Beds were all super comfy. A perfect holiday home within a stone’s throw of the beautiful Devon coast. What’s not to love.

Another great birthday celebration in this well-equipped, comfortable house, which is so well suited for friends and family gatherings. It is close to playparks, a range of restaurants and supermarkets as well as good walks and parkrun! The only issue is that we weren't quick enough to book next year's celebration and the weekend is already booked!

This property is a gem! Our family had the most amazing weekend. Location is so good and lots to do for the kids. We will definitely be back. Victoria the property owner was so lovely and helpful on the phone. The home has a lovely warm and family feel and you can tell with all the little touches it’s a well thought out property.
