Settled on a quiet lane in the sought-after village of Hepworth near Holmfirth, is this wonderful, stone-fronted property, Chimney Cottage.
Retaining much of its character with exposed brick walls, beams and a woodburning stove, this pet-friendly home is ideal for a small family or three friends looking for a rural escape.
Park up on the roadside before making your way inside to the porch, where you can house your muddy walking boots, ready to explore the Holme Valley.
Locate the open-plan living space, hosting a contemporary kitchen, where the chef of the group can rustle up hearty meals, courtesy of the electric oven and induction hob and when dinner is served, gather at the breakfast bar. Relax and unwind with a cup of tea on the sofa as the woodburning stove flickers in front of you and catch up on your favourite Netflix show on the Smart TV. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a Smart TV and a single bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture to the front and roadside parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two small dogs or one large dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking is permitted.
