Located in the village of Llanberis at the foot of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park in North Wales, rests this pleasant terraced home, 9 Ty Du Road.
Ideal for avid walkers with its plethora of trails and close to amenities with everything you need for a self-catered stay, this lovely property is a wonderful base for a family or four friends! On arrival, leave your vehicle in the off-road parking space before climbing a handful of steps to reach the entrance leading into a hallway.
On your left, discover the sitting room, where you can unwind on the sofa, as the woodburning stove crackles and the TV plays your favourite shows.
Moving through the home, locate the kitchen/diner, hosting an electric oven and hob to prepare delectable meals and gather around the table to tuck-in. On sunny days, venture outside into the rear garden; here you can bask in the sun on the garden furniture and watch the sunset as you savour a glass of wine.
When the sky grows dark, retire inside, climb the stairs, and prepare for bed in the contemporary shower room with a walk-in shower.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for four and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a bunk bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with seating and off-road parking for one car.
