Nestled in the town of Hornsea in East Riding of Yorkshire, is this delightful two-bedroom, first-floor apartment.

Enjoying a fabulous location just moments away from Hornsea’s beautiful beach, with sea views readily available from the property’s contemporary interior with original Edwardian features, Beachside Apartment is a wonderful pet-friendly dwelling for couples or a family of four, plus their canine companion, for exploring this idyllic area of Yorkshire.

Park-up in the convenient off-road parking space, before unloading your bags and making your way up to the first floor to your new home-from-home.

Be welcomed into the generous and contemporary open-plan living space, where the budding chef of the group will have no difficulty cooking-up culinary delights in the well-equipped kitchen, with the help of the electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a handy washing machine for keeping your holiday wardrobe fresh.

Gather around the dining table for four, where large windows allow you to enjoy the sea views as you dine, there is also a balcony where you can open the doors and let the fresh sea air breeze in. After a hearty meal, retire to the plush sofas where you can snuggle up in front of a much-loved film with loved ones.

Pour in the bubbles and indulge in a soak in the gorgeous freestanding bath or wash away the day with a refreshing shower, before choosing from two well-appointed double rooms to catch your rest in, both of which offer fantastic sea views for you to wake-up to. Explore the local town, where you will find an excellent selection of eateries to suit every mood, if you fancy venturing out of an evening, there is the welcoming Marine pub, Swiss Cottage Restaurant & Lounge Bar and Chinese Lantern, or if you prefer a night in but don’t fancy cooking, the Golden Wok and Seafront Chippy are readily available to order from.

Pack-up your bathing suits, swim trunks., buckets and spades and head straight to Hornsea Beach, where you can build sandcastles with the little ones, beachcombe the shores, or bathe with your favourite book.

For leisurely walks why not explore the perimeter of Hornsea Mere, the Memorial Gardens or tuck-in to a homemade picnic in Hall Garth Park.

Further attractions include the fun-filled Bugtopia Hornsea Zoo, sure to be a hit with the children or the excellent Hornsea Golf Club which offers a picturesque course with fantastic views.

Take the short drive over to Bridlington, home to the impressive Bridlington South Beach with golden sands that stretch for miles, the superb Bridlington Animal Park, the John Bull World of Rock and the fantastic Bridlington Spa where you can enjoy live performances in the Edwardian style theatre which overlooks the beach.

Be sure to check out nearby Sewerby, where you can discover the delights of Sewerby Hall & Gardens which houses a zoo, the Danes Dyke Nature Reserve and the charming Bondville Model Village.

The bedrooms consist of two doubles along with a bathroom. A highchair and travel cot are available. Outside there is a small patio and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, within 0.3 miles, you will find a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome at the property. Beachside Apartment is a fabulous dwelling for a coastal getaway in Yorkshire. Lovely, spacious apartment in the perfect location, only metres from the beach and with amazing sea views from the windows. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, comfortably furnished and very well equipped with everything we needed. Really pleased to find such good quality accommodation and will not hesitate to return.

The apartment was spacious and well maintained. The views were amazing. Very close to amenities, a nice cafe, chip shop and pub. Owners thoughtful leaving milk in the fridge and treats to eat. Would certainly stay here again when visiting Hornsea

The apartment is excellent, lovely furnishings, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well equipped to provide a most enjoyable stay. Lovely cafe and pub within a couple of minutes walk. I lovel coming here, Ros and Mick are very good hosts and very helpful if needed. The welcome treats were much appreciated. Highly recommended.
