Only a short distance from a beach and with a large living space, this property is perfect for families or groups of adults looking to explore the coast of Devon. Be welcomed into an elegant sitting room, with stylish sofas, an ornamental fireplace and wonderful bay windows, making this a perfect spot to recline after a long day, or retreat to the separate snug, with a TV and blue sofa.
When stomachs start to rumble, there is a spectacular kitchen/diner where navy cupboards complement the wooden flooring and white furniture, a contemporary space perfect for social cooking due to the spacious work surfaces, and a large dining table allows all guests to enjoy a heart-warming meal together.
As the evening wears on, discover a king-size room with pink furniture and a bunk bedroom suitable for children, as well as a family bathroom with blue tiles and contemporary furniture to make you feel refreshed.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms available, including a king-size with sage walls, stylish furniture and a seaside view, a twin room with zip-link and baby blue walls and a single bed with artwork of a tree on the walls, as well as a bathroom with blue walls.
On the third floor you will find a great family bathroom with sloping ceilings and white tiles, accompanied by a single room and a family room with blue walls and artwork, accessible through the same door and with sloping ceilings, skylights to add an airy feel.
Outside of this beautiful property there is a patio with furniture where you can enjoy a coffee in the sunshine. Situated just a short walk from the beach, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of Seaton’s shoreline where a beautiful pebble beach offers walks in the salty air before stopping for a picnic, marvelling at the beautiful towering cliffs either side of the bay, or even trying out your favourite watersports activities including paddle boarding.
The town centre is close to the property and offers a range of cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy a hot meal, or you can end the day in one of the pubs with a glass of your favourite beverage in hand.

7 Seafield Road was exactly what we needed as a party of 12. The rooms were expansive and the views were gorgeous.
The location made it quick and convenient to get to the shops, the sea
and the bus stop ... which was good as we didnt have a car and had some in our party with limited ability to walk...
