Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the popular town of Bala in North Wales is this charming, detached bungalow, Mawnog Fach, just a 2 minute walk from the picturesque Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake). With a delightful garden and off-road parking, the property is a fantastic base for exploring the town, enjoying outdoor activities, or venturing into the rest of North Wales as a family.
Step into the living/dining room to find sofas and a Smart TV where you can relax after a day of adventures with your loved ones, and a dining table, perfect for a feast to regain your energy.
The chef of the group can whip up picnics in the kitchen to take out on your excursions or use the gas hob and electric oven to concoct a heart-warming meal.
When it is time to sleep, choose from three well-appointed bedrooms including a king-size, a double and a single, all of which have plenty of hanging space for your belongings.
Completing the interior is a bathroom, giving you the option of a quick shower or a long soak for your muscles.

With many attractions, including the Rhaeadr Ewynnol (Swallow Falls) Waterfall, Pont-y-Pair Bridge, Gwydir Forest Park, Gwydir Mawr and Bach, the town is perfect for cyclists and sight-seers alike.

This single-storey detached cottage has three bedrooms including a king-size, a double and single, along with a bathroom. There is also a living/dining room with dining seating for six, a sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen is home to an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Outside, there is a garden with a gravelled area, a patio and a picnic bench to the rear and off-road parking for two cars in the front. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the rent. A shop and pub can be found in 0.4 miles. Make memories in picture-perfect Bala with a stay at Mawnog Fach.
Note: Dogs are not to go on any soft furnishings or on the beds.

Perfect place for a quiet break. Well appointed property, very well maintained. Very comfortable, everything you could need is provided. It's in a quiet little cul de sac but still very close to town. Will definitely book this again, cannot recommend the property enough. Thank you

Fantastic cottage. Clean and we'll maintained. In a quiet location. Off-road parking. Sufficient room for a family of four and our lab. Well supplied kitchen. Welcome pint of milk along with tea, coffee and sugar. Minutes walk from beautiful Llyn Tegid and Bala town. Our third stay here and planning another for next year. Simply love this place !
