Welcome to Sevrier! Quietly located and with a view of the lake and the mountains, discover a comfortable house for 8 people.
This beautiful fully fenced property is perfect for a family holiday: large garden, heated pool, several terraces, barbecue, French billiards, table tennis...
The lake is only 1 km away, and the shops are even closer! On the ground floor you will find two living rooms, an equipped kitchen, a pantry, a separate toilet, a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
The first floor contains 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom, terrace overlooking the lake and a large dressing room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Double beds are Nordic style (with two single duvets per bed) Air conditioning, High-speed TV and Wifi (fiber), fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, and adjoining storeroom with a second fridge in particular.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed on the property. 🅿️ You can park your car in the garage or in the courtyard (which can accommodate 3 cars). 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Please note: following problems of noise pollution in the past, hen parties and stag parties are no longer authorised for the peace of the neighbourhood.
Sevrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.
Visit his village, go hiking and enjoy its calm and beaches! Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Tout etait parfait en ce qui concerne la maison et Laure qui nous a tres bien acceuillis et qui a ete tres flexible pour l’heure de notre arrivee.
La seule chose a complaindre c’est l’agent Holidu qui n’etait pas capable de nous aider conc. le mode de paiement - en aucune maniere. Pour cela, nous n’avons aucune intention de faire un booking par cet agent dans l’avenir.

Positive:
Très belle maison, très grande et très confortable, très propre. Belle décoration. Possède tous les équipements nécessaires et même plus. Des commerces à proximité. Très bien située, non loin du lac et du centre d'Annecy.
Negative:
Un regret, la piscine n' était pas chauffée en octobre malgré ce qui était écrit sur l'annonce.
