The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Smart TV and electric woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a conservatory. The bedroom consists of a king-size along with a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. This is a smoke-free property. Woodloft Cottage is the perfect base for a romantic break to Cumbria. Note: Original beams are low bearing. Lovely little cottage in a lovely location looks like it’s recently been refurbished . The only slit niggle is you can hear one of the neighbours moving furniture about at night and in the morning for some reason hasn’t put us off we will book here again

Nice place, well kitted out. A lot of noise in the evenings, from the house adjoining/above and a droning, background noise, quite often - a motor running, I think (if you're deaf or hard of hearing, it won't notice). Idyllic surroundings and the village pub is very efficient!

Great location. Big plus for views, privacy, designated parking a few yards (in view) from property, cozy, well kept and clean, very comfy bed, excellent WiFi and smart TV, bathroom is lush. Would definitely stay here again as it's a lovely small village with super access to the Langdales and Ambleside close by too. Only slight neg. - couldn't find a T-towel?
