Enter the property, arriving in the homely open-plan living space with stunning views across the lake, where you can unwind in front of the electric fire and enjoy your favourite TV shows.
In the kitchen and dining area, discover an array of appliances to ease your break, where you can prepare meals, freshen your holiday wardrobe, and dine with loved ones.
Venture to the enclosed decking area to bask in your surroundings, before retiring to one of three immaculately presented bedrooms, including a king-size master bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin and a child’s bunk bed, all offering ample storage and lovely views to the exterior.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin and a child’s bunk bed, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, the lake and please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lakeside 1 is a delightful abode from which to enjoy a memorable retreat in Cumbria. Note: Check in is from 4pm, check out at 10am. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: The decking is directly above the lake, please ensure children are supervised.
Parking is on tarmac next to 3 steps leading up to decking area.
Due to security reasons, the bi-fold doors in the lounge and bedroom do not open.
A travel cot and highchair are provided for you. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.

Fallbarrrow Park management lock the entrance gates at midnight. If you are arriving after midnight, please call the night warden.
Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge.
The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £350 for this property.

All holiday parks are owned and managed by a separate company to ourselves. Lake District Lodge Holidays has no association with the owners of these parks or responsibility for the provision of services they offer. At certain times of year, there maybe a reduction in those services, which is outside of our control.
Commercial vehicles, caravans, camper vans, Hen or Stag parties are not permitted onsite.
You will be staying on an operational holiday park, which means work may be undertaken from time to time by the park owners during your stay. Although Lake District Lodge Holidays will always try to inform guests in advance if something may impact on a stay and if we have prior knowledge. We cannot be held responsible or accept any liability for park operations of which are outside of our control and which we have no knowledge of.
Any issues relating to a stay at a privately owned lodge should be reported back through Lake District Lodge Holidays as the park are not responsible for managing the lodge or booking for private sublet guests during their stay.
