In Vannes, at the entrance to the Golf du Morbihan, this charming 45 m² flat can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a private terrace of around 30 m² as well as a shared garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200). - Bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. Outside area : - A private 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - An 800 m² shared garden with 4 residents, accessible from the terrace. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. Activities : Come and discover and visit the town of Vannes, which has managed to retain all its old-world charm by preserving its ramparts and surrounding area. - Sights: Carnac (the alignments, a major prehistoric site), the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coastline, Baden, Armor Baden, Auray, the port of Saint-Goustan, boat trips to the islands of Arz and Ile aux Moines from Vannes and Port Blanc... - Sporting activities: various water sports, hiking along the GR 34... - Cultural visits: guided tour of Vannes, look out for the ermines and eyes on the ground to point out the most emblematic places.
The Château de Suscinio and its evening shows in summer. - Events: historical festivals, jazz festival, international sea photo festival... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. L'appartement est bien agencé et propre. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre-ville, de la gare TGV, de la gare maritime et des plages. Il est également bien desservi par les transports en commun.

La situation
L'absence de Wi-Fi ainsi que le chauffage bloqué à 18°5 en automne c'est un peu juste. La rue est également assez passante

Es war sehr schön, allerdings funktionierte das WLAN nicht und eventuell gab es einen kleinen Wasserschaden im Bad. Wir haben sowohl die Agentur als auch die Vermieterin darüber informiert.
