On a peaceful residential street within walking distance to the village of Coniston, Sethera is a pretty ground floor bungalow that’s perfect for families.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with relaxing log burning stove, social dining table for family meals and large bay window offering beautiful views to the Coniston Fells.
A fitted kitchen contains everything you need for a self-catering holiday and looks out onto the garden.
Sethera contains two comfortable bedrooms; one presented as a king and one as a twin.
There is also a convenient outhouse and secure shed with washing facilities and space to store outdoor gear. Outside guests can enjoy a small garden to the front of the cottage and a large lawned garden to the rear.
Parking is provided for one car. Nestled in the quiet village of Coniston, this is a walker’s paradise with nearby access to the famous Coniston Old Man and Swirl How. Relaxed family days can be spent taking a lake cruise on the Coniston Launch or Steam Yacht Gondola.
Coniston offers a great range of independent shops and eateries including an artisan bakery and fine Lakeland pubs.

Have stayed here before and will do so again. Good central accommodation, lovely big garden. Small issues only, toilet roll holder needs replacing, could have done with a small frying pan as well as the large one and a spatula to turn over our eggs in the morning. Agree with previous review that the double duvet is lumpy although the bed was comfortable.

Almost perfect, house is in a great position for shops and walking with lovely views of the hills, garden is a good size for extra dog exercise but a bit unkempt. It would be nice to have instructions on how to operate the heated towel rail, plus the loo roll holder at the point of all most falling ...

Fantastic location allowing access to many walks straight from property. Good garden for dogs. Warm & comfortable and easy walk to some good pubs for food etc. Negative - no instructions left for rubbish - no recycling facilities and main bin had not been emptied for a long time as completely full. ...
