River Falls View is a beautiful retreat, delightfully perched above Stock Ghyll Force and just a short stroll from Ambleside centre.
Families and couples will enjoy the peaceful location of this beautifully presented two bedroom apartment.
On entrance level you will discover a cosy living room complete with deep-cushioned sofa and patio doors looking out onto the balcony.
A modern and well-equipped kitchen provides all the utensils you might need for a self-catering family holiday and a twin bedroom with luxury power shower room. Head downstairs and you’ll find a tranquil master bedroom with Victorian brass bed and Villeroy & Boch en-suite. The balcony is a highlight of this property, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee with delightful views of the passing stream.
Under cover parking is provided for one car and the property features a private ground floor entrance. The property is close to the spectacular Stock Ghyll Force waterfall, which families can enjoy safely from a railed viewpoint.
A ten minute walk downhill will bring you to the centre of Ambleside where you can enjoy gift shops, galleries, modern eateries and an array of outdoor clothing stores.

The Falls is due to have fire alarm inspection 16th November - whole building and no confirmed time for each flat within. Inspector will always knock before entering a property. Please ensure guests leave keys in keysafe.

This was an outstanding property! We have rented many homes, but this was far super superior to most of them. We have most of our meals on the tack over the river, and it was just tremendous. It had a great layout and the rooms were very comfortable.

Clean and tidy, well presented accommodation in such a beautiful setting. A well provisioned kitchen and a cosy living room/dining room made our stay very comfortable. The outside area was wonderful to relax and just listen to the water. We saw an otter (possibly a mink) one morning which was unexpected! Short walk into Ambleside. We loved our stay!

Lovely stay. Stayed here before. Love it. Accommodation is looking a little tired in places - marks on carpet (looked like snail trails & clearly someone had their shoes on before us). Overall however loved our stay & will definitely be back.
