This detached bungalow sits in the pretty coastal town of Nefyn, on the scenic Llyn Peninsula.
Welcoming six guests and boasting a front garden, and a rear enclosed garden, adorning mature apple and pear trees, available for guests to enjoy, Normandy is a fantastic base for families and friends; it's also suitable for those with limited mobility, resting on a single storey and benefitting from external grab rails and wheelchair access.
Enter the property into the kitchen, where you can make use of all the appliances to whip up something tasty, then to be served at the dining table with a bottle of fizz.
Make yourself at home in the lounge, hosting two plush sofas, a Smart TV, and a crackling open fire, so you can relish a movie night after a long day of exploring.
Step into the rear enclosed garden and indulge in a tipple of your choice as the sun sets over the neighbouring properties.
As the night grows dark, whisk away to the bedrooms to catch your rest, housing two doubles and a twin, each neutrally presented.
Awaken from a deep slumber to a rinse in the shower room, which features a comfort height toilet, double shower doors to allow wheelchair access, and a shower chair (on request), before heading into the local town to enjoy the shops and amenities provided.
Spend your days adventuring this beautiful region, testing your hand at paddleboarding, catching a tan on the beach, and listening to the waves crash against the shore, before treating the group to a meal at a fine restaurant.
Those holidaying with dogs will be delighted to know there is a dog-friendly beach, with idyllic rock pools to explore as well as being sheltered by the stunning Nefyn Headland, opening miles of picturesque walking routes.

The kitchen/diner includes an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area and a sitting room with open fire, games console, games, colouring books and 4 Smart TVs. Bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, with a shower room. There is a front lawn with furniture, an enclosed rear lawn and private driveway. Shop, beach and pub within 0.6 miles. Three pets welcome (please check garden size in photos). No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Wheelchair‑friendly; ramps for front and rear available on request (doors 2ft 6in). Outdoor wheelchair available; mobility scooter hire can be arranged. If unsure, guests should bring their own wheelchair. Trailer hire available. Front lawn is not enclosed. Alternative Christmas‑week check‑in may be possible on request. Property decorated for Christmas. Tumble dryer available at Morfa Nevyn (2 miles). EV charging is prohibited. Friday‑to‑Friday bookings only. Short breaks have to start or finish on a Friday.
Please note for Christmas and New year, the owner can only accept Friday check ins. Please call our reservations department to make this booking which will be done on a pro rata rate

Note: The property is wheelchair-friendly, and a ramp for both the front and rear of the property can be requested for greater accessibility (doors are 2ft 6' wide. Note: Guests can also contact the owner to arrange the hire of a powered mobility scooter for outside use only, there is also an outdoor wheelchair with safety belt and brakes but this not for indoor use it can only be used outside. If guest are unsure if this suitable they need to being their own wheelchair and please take note of the door width. Also if required a trailer for their vehicle for greater accessibility. Note: The front lawn is not enclosed. Note: If you wish to book an alternative check in day to Friday during the Christmas week, please get in touch before booking. Note: Property will be decorated for Christmas. (There are tumble dryer facilities at the service station approx 2 miles away at Morfa Nevyn). Please note: The charging of Electric Vehicles is strictly prohibited as this is against insurance rules.
