Perched in the idyllic town of Nefyn in Gwynedd, is this lovely semi-detached, fisherman’s cottage in Arwel.

Be welcomed into the inviting sitting room, featuring exposed stonework and beams, where you can relax on the plush seating in front of the crackling woodburning stove, as your favourite film plays out on the Smart TV. Continue through to the well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can rustle up tasty dishes, ready to enjoy over a bottle of wine at the dining table for five.
Just off the kitchen, you will find a handy utility for your convenience.
On warmer evenings, why not enjoy your meals alfresco out in the pretty rear garden to the soundtrack of a flowing stream? The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, dining seating for five, a utility with washer/dryer and microwave, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a single, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, decking and furniture, as well as roadside parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking/vaping property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Your next coastal escape begins at Arwel. No candles allowed at the property. Please note the charging of electric vehicles is not allowed
Note: The road in front of Arwel is access to 3 houses and therefore parking outside is not allowed for any reason including loading/unloading.
Note: Throughout July and August property accepts a minimum of a 7 night stay only.
