Perched in the coastal village of Morfa Nefyn, Gwynedd, is this lovely, dormer bungalow, Garth.
Enjoying a superb location just paces away from the beach and local amenities, Garth is a fantastic dog-friendly choice for a group or family of six. Your new holiday home benefits from two off-road parking spaces, and a wonderful rear garden with furniture, and further enclosed lawn area, perfect for playing with your pooch.
Be welcomed into the sitting room, where you will find plush seating and a Smart TV, ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening with your loved ones after an adventure-filled day. Move through to the well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can whip up tasty dishes, ready to enjoy at the dining table for six. Just off the kitchen, you will find a handy utility and a shower room for your convenience.
Continue through to find a tastefully decorated double bedroom with TV, and a contemporary bathroom with bath and overhead shower, ideal for those with limited mobility.
You will also find two spacious twin bedrooms upstairs, perfect for catching up on some well-deserved rest.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave,dishwasher, dining seating for six, utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with TV, and two twins, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn and patio, further enclosed lawn with dogs, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcome. Whisk your loved ones away to Garth for a memorable stay. Please note: There is a 3 night bookings and a minimum of 7 nights during peak season.
