Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty, light-filled 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with American fridge and tap water filtration system, two beautiful bedrooms with TV and King and Queen Size beds, a bathroom (with shower) and a covered balcony overlooking the Vilaine. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - 70 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Two bedrooms, 1 king-size bed (180×200) or 2 twin beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Exterior : - South-facing balcony with garden furniture and shelter The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.

Appartement moderne et très bien situé. Deux grandes chambres. Stationnement gratuit très sécuritaire. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Le Panoramique Beautiful apartment and centrally located. You can walk to cool spots, cafes, take a long walk and to the centre of town. The apartment looks exactly like the photographs and is very modern. Like most of France, they don’t have an air conditioning so just be ready for it during summer. Other than that, it’ll be a great base for Rennes or to explore Brittany

Le Panoramique "C'était un très bon séjour dans un superbe appartement, tout équipé, propre, bien aménagé. Il est très bien situé, accès facile au centre ville à pied en longeant la vilaine. Et d'ailleurs, la vue de l'appartement sur le fleuve est très très sympa.
Nous avons trouvé cher le supplément à payer pour une chaise haute bébé."
