Sperrinview House is a lovely two-storey property in Northern Ireland with a distinctive country-cottage feel.
This 4-bedroom property comfortably sleeps 8 adults plus two infants. The property is fully furnished and equipped and is located on the outskirts of Magherafelt, (a vibrant market town in Mid-Ulster that is just 3 minutes drive from the house). Sperrinview House offers the best of both worlds (a tranquil and relaxing rural environment with the added convenience of nearby amenities including garages, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars etc). It's central location in the heart of Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland, enables guests to easily access the most popular attractions including the Giant's Causeway, the Titanic Quarters and the Wild Atlantic Coast. Indoor Amenities: - 1. 4 double bedrooms (1 of which is on the ground floor) 2. 3 toilet/bathroom areas (2 electric showers and 1 roll-top bath) 3. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, double oven cooker etc 4. Fully equipped laundry room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Outdoor drying facility also. 6. Dining room that comfortably seats 8 adults plus 2 high chairs. 7. Lounge/living room with comfortable seating, an open fire (logs provided), Smart TV. The room leads on to an elevated front terrace with stunning views. 8. The house is well insulated with double glazing throughout. 9. The house is heated via the Hive central heating system with radiators in each room. 10.The internal immersion water heating system enables guests to access hot water at all times. Outdoor amenities: - 1. Patio area beside the kitchen with a gas barbecue (gas provided), a chimenea (logs provided), and seating/table area for eight guests. 2. Raised front terrace with comfortable seating for 8 guests who can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes, and the surrounding countryside. 3. Private back yard with a washing line, a table and chairs, a log bunker, and recycling facilities. Additional - Private parking directly beside the property. - Internet/WiFi access. - Bed linens and towels provided. - Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soaps, and hand sanitiser provided. - Complimentary Starter items such as toilet rolls, kitchen roll, dish washer tablets, dish washing liquid, cling film and tin foil all provided. - Baby/infant essentials include safety gates (top and bottom of stairs), 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, 1 bed guard, 1 moses basket, 1 baby bouncer, 1 booster chair, 1 bottle steamer, portable baby changing area with bath. - Pet friendly accommodation (max 2 pets). Feeding/drinking bowls and waste bags are provided. - Complimentary starter essentials such as biscuits, crisps, coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, salt, and milk are provided for your arrival. House was warm and cozy, had everything we needed to be comfortable, the main bedroom is large and bright but the en-suite is very small whilst the main bathroom is enormous. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, pot & pans etc and the large dining room also had another set of dinnerware.
Hosts were very friendly and available if needed.
We found this property comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the hosts was exceptional.
