Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, three TVs and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a twin with TV, and a second twin, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the rent. We loved our stay in this very comfortable, well maintained and warm cottage - first class accommodation. The owners were very welcoming and it was obvious that they take pride in their property to provide an excellent base for their guests. Great location and easy access to all parts of the Lakes. Would highly recommend.

A spacious house just a stroll from the friendly local pub with good food and ales. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve ever stayed in and the rest of the house was comfortable and had everything needed. Also a lovely private garden, weather permitting. A great stay for anyone wanting to be around Coniston water.

Unbelievably clean and comfortable cottage. Very well stocked. Sky TV. Games. Wood for log burner. Lovely, albeit remote, location. Pub a few steps away. Plenty of walking and cycling options from the cottage. Have already recommended the cottage to several friends.
