Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, three TVs and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a twin with TV, and a second twin, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the rent.
