Cocoonr offers this 28 m² flat for rent in Orcières, in a residence with a swimming pool.
It sleeps up to 4 people and has direct access to the ski resort on foot. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises - A 12 m² living room with a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Exterior: - A 5 m² balcony, facing north-east and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Communal area: - A shared, heated 11 m x 5.5 m swimming pool, up to 1.70 m deep. The pool area is open from 1ᵉʳ December to 30 April, then from 15 June to 15 September.
Opening dates are non-contractual. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The flat is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : Winter sports: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, snow scooters, ice rink, dog sledding, snowshoeing and other winter sports activities. Well-being: swimming pool, disco, cinema, etc. Thrills: parachutes, zip lines, tree climbing... For information on the resort's opening dates, please visit the Orcières website. Transport : If you choose to come by car, there are two options: - Garage: a private, numbered, covered parking space for all types of vehicle - Car park: a private, numbered covered parking space suitable for S.U.V. (spacious space) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gap, about 45 minutes away by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets accepted free of charge.

Appartement bien situé, accessible très facilement.

Très bon séjour dans un logement qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.
La description et les photos du logement correspondent en tous points.
Les 3 points forts sont:
-Le garage en sous-sol
-L'emplacement du logement très central dans la station
-L'accès direct aux pistes via un escalier depuis le local à skis
