***************************************************************** ENGLISH VERSION Bright, friendly, modern and minimalist – that’s how you can describe holiday home Villa Francesca Luisa in a few words.
It accommodates up to 8 persons in an inviting and comfortable ambience.
The Cilento is a good place for relaxing, but so is the villa’s private outdoor area with pool.
A bit more action and typically Italian atmosphere awaits you at the sandy beach of Casal Velino Marina ca. 800 m off. Now pack your suitcases and off you go!
******************************************************************* ENGLISH VERSION MODERN LIVING ON TWO FLOORS Villa Francesca Luisa covers two floors.
The rooms on - the GROUND FLOOR: open-plan room with a living-dining area (with air conditioning) and a well-appointed kitchen area, one bedroom, one bathroom - the 1st FLOOR (attic rooms): two bedrooms, one bathroom The sofa bed in the living area provides sleeping facility for two (7th/8th pers.), which is why we recommend occupancy with a maximum of 6 adults. Conveniences include: WiFi, TV, washing machine; oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine. FENCED PROPERTY WITH POOL Villa Francesca Luisa’s ca. 300 m², fenced outdoor area is partly terrace, partly garden.
The terrace runs round the house, is partly roofed and accessible from the living area and the ground-floor bedroom.
At your disposal in the outdoor area: amongst others, pool and loungers, garden furniture and sunshade, grill. Parking is available on the property. LOCATION AT CASAL VELINO MARINA From the ‘Cilentan’ point of view, Casal Velino is not a tourist "hotspot" like Castellabate or Acciaroli.
The village is, however, conveniently located for discovery tours of both the northern and the southern part of the Cilento National Park.
Casal Velino offers a good infrastructure and good shopping and gastronomic facilities year-round. In summer, life takes place around the harbor with boat rental and at the village’s sandy beaches.
From Villa Francesca Luisa, which is located in a purely residential area, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk there, but of course you can also go there by car (parking possible at the harbor). Our shopping tip: Not far from the holiday home, in Via Portarara, lies family Monzo’s oil mill – Azienda Agricola Pietrabianca. The family runs a small shop there, where you can buy first-class Cilentan olive oil and other home-produced and home-made products, such as honey and pickled artichokes. ---------------------------------------- Im Preis auch enthalten: einmalige Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern; Nutzung von Klimaanlage, Pool.
