In Rennes, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming, brand-new duplex apartment for rent, delivered in 2023 with wifi (fiber optics). It has a surface area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
This 18-unit building combines the charm of the old with the comfort of the new.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, and a bathroom (with shower).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 17 m² living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower

The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, just a stone's throw from the city center, between Place Hoche and the Faculty of Law, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby Hoche and Hotel Dieu parking lots, less than 350 meters away (paid parking).
