Once a Methodist Chapel, built in 1859 by Cornish miners, Chapel Bank House is now a cottage with a difference, benefiting from 21st century comforts in a historical building with many original features.
The house is laid out over three floors and is upside down in layout with its living areas located on the top floor (trust us the views are worth the climb).
Chapel Bank House is a well-appointed property with quality furnishings and appliances. The cottage is a great base for active families and groups, or just for relaxation, perfectly located for access to the fells, with local village amenities and pubs all a short walk away, and perfect to come home to after a satisfying day out!
"Your comfort and well-being are our priority from the luxurious wool duvets with 100% cotton covers to the leather recliner sofas. Our aim is that you have a holiday with everything that you need for energetic pursuits or relaxation and refreshment." - Chapel Bank Owners.
