Waverley, a semi-detached, Lakeland property situated in the heart of Coniston, Cumbria.
Dating back to the mid-1800s, Waverley is set over three floors and houses eight bedrooms, perfectly positioned for families looking to enjoy a leisurely village life and explore the Lake District.
Step into Waverley and be greeted by the inviting open plan kitchen/diner, complete with a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an alluring wood burner, perfect for creating delicious meals and enjoying hearty family dinners.
Just off the kitchen, you'll find the spacious dining room, boasting seating for 16 and flooded with natural light from the dual aspect windows.
Relax and unwind in the comfortable sitting room, featuring plush seating, a Smart TV, and an inviting open fire, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere for movie nights or lively conversations with loved ones.

Waverley is a semi-detached property with a kitchen/diner, utility, basement and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric range cooker, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment there are Smart TVs, table football and WiFi. The bedrooms include a super-king-size, a king-size with en-suite shower, three second-floor king-size, 4ft double with en-suite shower a twin, and second-floor twin, one with en-suite shower, whilst there are also a shower room, bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a semi-enclosed front garden and lawned area with patio, along with off-road parking for six cars and a Tesla charging point. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, lake and pub and please note, there are two pets welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Two highchairs are also available. Escape to Waverley for a wonderful break to Cumbria.
