The owner fills the hot tub, and the guest heats it; the owner takes care of emptying and cleaning the hot tub. Air source heat pump. The neighboring cottage (40 m away) is for the owner's private use. The rental includes access to a small island, which is privately used and reached by an 800-meter row. The island features a campfire site, a composting toilet, and a tent site for overnight stays. Bed linen (sheets and towels) and final cleaning are included in the bookings.
