Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 100 m² air-conditioned semi-detached house with swimming pool for rent in Istres, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - Lounge area with double sofa bed - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 150 m² private garden and 120 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September) measuring 11mx6m and 0 to 1.5 m deep The house is ideally located in Istres, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Activities : - Golf course - Beach activities - Horse riding centre - Pond nearby - Tennis courts Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, with two spaces available. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Miramas, 7 km away (9 min by car) - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence 51 km (43 min by car) Other remarks : - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
