Cocoonr Agency is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Ax-les-Thermes, featuring mountain views and within walking distance of the ski resort.
It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The property comprises two flats; only the first floor is accessible to you. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area… - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - An 800 m² enclosed shared garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - All kinds of mountain activities - Thermal baths (indoor/outdoor relaxation pools, treatments and massages) - Visits to the caves, the wolf park… - Further information available from the Ax-les-Thermes tourist office Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Ax-Les-Thermes station, approximately 3 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, approximately 1 hour 34 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Accommodation rated 5 diamonds by the town hall - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - For your safety and that of the owners, a CCTV camera is positioned outside, facing the path leading to the small and large gates. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied. - Any misrepresentation of the number of guests may result in an immediate flat-rate charge of €15 per day per person, or the immediate cancellation of the booking without compensation.

Le Cèrvi We had a great few days stay. The house was exactly as described, very well equipped and really spacious. The outside space is a real bonus, as was being able to park in a private space. Lovely surroundings and a beautiful view over the mountains and the town is just a few minutes walk away.
