Cozy holiday cabin by Lake Särkijärvi, located in Tikkala, Tohmajärvi. Lake Särkijärvi is exceptionally clear and abundant with fish, and it is part of the Natura 2000 network.
Rainbow trout has even been stocked in the lake. 39 km to the southeast of Joensuu, Lake Särkijärvi 5 m (10.75 km²), sandy beach that starts shallow and deepens 2 m from the shore; at the end of the pier, the depth is approximately 1.5 m. Holiday cabin, built in 1965 and fully renovated in 2023. The living room and bedroom both feature pull-out sofa beds, with an additional double bed in the bedroom alcove.
Access from the bedroom to the bathroom and sauna, which has a wood-burning sauna stove.
Terrace. Tap water comes from the lake, but passes through a purification system and is drinkable.
