Minnis bay is not well known, but from London to Kent it’s your nearest sandy beach.

Well decorated, airy house with well equipped kitchen. 2 min walk to beach. Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property. This property comes equipped with the following: 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners. We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests Our home is perfectly equipped for family holidays! And we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you soon. The street has free parking and there are nearly always spaces.
In addition, You can fit a small car on the private patio outside the front of the house. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Very cosy and inviting house, with a lot of attention to details and decoration. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen. Very nice and inviting living room on upper floor, with a small view to the sea. Comfortable parking in front of house.
Less than two minutes walk to the sea front. Beautiful beach.
Definitely a to be recommended accommodation.
