Adjacent, the separate dining room features French doors leading out to the enclosed paved garden, providing a serene setting for family meals and gatherings amidst the fresh sea breeze.
The well-appointed kitchen offers garden access and comes equipped with electric appliances, ensuring ease and efficiency during your stay.
The first of the three bedroom is on the ground floor, complete with a Smart TV. There is also a shower room to add to the comfort and convenience and this complete the ground floor.
Ascending to the first floor, guests will find a kingsize double room and a twin room, both featuring Smart TVs. A house bathroom with a bath and shower attachment caters to your relaxation needs. Explore the quaint town of Hornsea, with its array of shops, tea rooms, restaurants, and bars, or take a leisurely stroll along the long Victorian promenade.

This property had everything we needed and was clean, tidy and comfortable in a quiet spot. The basket of goodies was a lovely surprise. There was a corner shop a short walk away (under 5mins) and the beach was slightly closer. Which was all just perfect for us. Thankyou very much
