Waterfall is one of several luxury residences forming part of the acclaimed 'Falls' development in Ambleside, Cumbria.

Waterfall is a first-floor apartment with three bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and a single, along with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room. Amenities include gas central heating, electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a TV with Sky and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a highchair and travel cot are available. Outside, there is private, off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, this is a non-smoking property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.4 miles and Lake Windermere within 1.3 miles. Note: Minimum of a 3-night stay. Enjoy a break in the stunning Lake District National Park at Waterfall.

A really lovely apartment, comfortable, well furnished and in a great position away from the busyness of the main streets. We return to this apartment regularly as it is so good.

Loved the location, close enough to Ambleside to enjoy all the town has to offer. Could hear a Stock Gyll which was lovely as well as see it from the little garden. Facilities at the apartment were great, loved the maps and local information. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to be able to prepare meals. Beds comfortable. Just a lovely stay!

Fabulous apartment. Photos don’t really do it justice. Very comfortable and well equipped, we cooked every evening and had everything we needed. Located just up the hill from the town. Parking for two cars was great. Excellent base to explore.
