Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned villa for rent in Lecci, featuring mountain views and a swimming pool, just 3 km from Saint-Cyprien Bay. It has a floor area of 170 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen and four en-suite bedrooms.
You can enjoy a garden of around 1,600 m²! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - An 80 m² living area with a sofa, TV, large central island and access to the terrace - A fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), a shower room with shower and toilet - A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer - A separate toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms, each with: a queen-size bed (160×200), a shower room with shower and toilet. Each bedroom opens onto its own terrace (15 to 18m²), secured by a wooden railing, each with its own garden furniture. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, plancha, ice cube maker, pétanque balls, high chair, cot, baby bath, changing table, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A private, heated swimming pool (8m × 4m), secured by an alarm, open from 1 April to 31 October, with an outdoor shower. - A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 1,600 m², south-facing, with a pétanque court - A 180 m² exotic wood terrace with a bar and outdoor kitchen to enjoy the sunny days The villa is ideally situated in Lecci, at the heart of a six-property development in the middle of the forest, offering a peaceful and very pleasant setting.
Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and a bowling alley... Activities: - Sightseeing - Hiking - Beach - Cycling - Water sports Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the villa’s private car park (3 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest airport: Figari, 30 minutes’ drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Heel fijn huis. Met heerlijke slaapkamers. Top zwembad met aanwezige accessoires. Hele fijne tuin met een gezellige jeu de boules baan.
Hebben genoten van het huis.
Dichtbij bakker en supermarkt. Een super plek. Dank je wel!

Maison récente très bien agencée. Jardin et piscine très soignée en plein maquis. Quartier de nouvelles résidences avec des maisons toujours en construction. Espace à vivre très convivial. Chemin d’accès à la propriété en terre battue et avec quelques trous!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille !!
La maison est très agréable à vivre et bien équipé il ne manque de rien.
L’extérieur est très bien également, la terrasse est bien orientée, le seul petit point négatif s’il faut en trouver un serait la profondeur de la piscine qui n’est pas progressive et pour le coup un peu profonde. Mais vraiment sinon tout nous a plu !!
