The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 128 m² flat in Saint-Marc-sur-Mer can accommodate up to 7 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it includes an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The flat is divided into 2 independent areas : - A 45 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200), dressing area, TV and access to terrace - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) - Bedroom 4: a single bed (90×190) and a study area - Bathroom with bath and WC - Shower room with shower - Two separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An overlooked 42 m² terrace with views of the forest, furniture and awnings to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Marc-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Nazaire 8 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique 70 km away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). - Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
