In the commune of Fitou, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 48 m² apartment and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
You'll also enjoy a 300 m² garden ! We're waiting for you! The apartment comprises : - 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and access to terrace - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and TV - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) and TV - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan. Outside : - A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 meters, unheated, secured by a gate that must remain closed at all times.
Open from June 1 to September 30. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available. - A private 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A 300 m² south-facing garden with trees, shared with an adjoining apartment. The apartment is ideally located in Fitou, in a quiet and very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities: - Activities on the Corbières side: hiking, canyoning, kayaking, quad biking, paragliding, visits to Catalan heritage sites (fortress, vineyards) etc... - Seaside activities: jet skiing, boating, relaxing on the beach, water sports, parasailing, water park... - Events : Les Gouffres des Corbières, La réserve de Sigean, Electrobeach in July... - Spain 20 min by car Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle) accessible via a gate with digicode, or in the public parking lot. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Perpignan, approx. 28 km (27 min by car) - Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 26 km (26 min by car) Use of car is essential to enjoy your stay Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.

Casa Sacha On a passé un super semaine piscine/mer on reviendra...logement pratique le seul bémol le matelas du lit manque de confort le reste parfait très bien placé pour faire différentes activités je conseil le complexe du sud qui est une boîte en pleine air à ne pas rater, parc attractions...Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil ainsi qu'à l'agence
