Cocoonr is offering this charming 48 m² flat for rent in the town of Fitou, complete with a swimming pool and accommodating up to 6 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
You can enjoy a garden of around 300 m²! We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a TV - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) and a TV - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot and fan. Outdoors: - A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 metres, unheated, secured by a gate which must remain closed at all times.
It is open from 1 June to 30 September.

An outdoor shower is available for your use - A private 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A 300 m² south-facing garden with trees, shared with an adjoining property The flat is ideally situated in Fitou, in a quiet and very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - Activities in the Corbières region: hiking, canyoning, kayaking, quad biking, paragliding, exploring Catalan heritage sites (fortresses, vineyards), etc. - Seaside leisure activities: jet skiing, boating, relaxing on the beach, water sports, parasailing, water park… - Events: Les Gouffres des Corbières, the Sigean Nature Reserve, Electrobeach in July… - Spain is a 20-minute drive away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle), accessible via a gate with a digital code, or in the public car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Perpignan, approximately 28 km away (27 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Perpignan, approximately 26 km away (26 mins by car) A car is essential to make the most of your stay Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.

Casa Sacha On a passé un super semaine piscine/mer on reviendra...logement pratique le seul bémol le matelas du lit manque de confort le reste parfait très bien placé pour faire différentes activités je conseil le complexe du sud qui est une boîte en pleine air à ne pas rater, parc attractions...Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil ainsi qu'à l'agence
