Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:

## Emplacement
Monêtier-les-Bains is a town in the Hautes-Alpes region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, 14 km northwest of Briançon.
Its vast territory of nearly 98 km² ranges from 1397 to 3659 m of altitude, occupying the upper valley of Guisane, a river that takes its source on the summit of Lautaret.
Dotted with lakes and high mountain areas, the town includes a village and several hamlets and since the 1950s, Le Monêtier-les-Bains is one of the municipalities on which the Serre-Chevalier resort has developed.

Appartement propre et lumineux. BZ confortable. Prix très correct.
Negative:
Pour 2 à 4 personnes max au delà ça devient petit. Décoration d'époque. Mettez un plan pour trouver l'appartement plutôt qu'une explication pas très claire 😉
