Das Anwesen befindet sich im zweiten und obersten Stockwerk, ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar und besteht aus einem riesigen Wohnzimmer/Küche, drei Doppelzimmern, zwei schönen Badezimmern mit Dusche, einer überdachten Veranda, einer nicht überdachten Veranda und einer schönen Panoramaterrasse (mit ein kleiner Blick auf das Meer), ideal für angenehme und entspannende Momente im Freien. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, ebenso die Möblierung und die technische Ausstattung. Ausstattung: Geschirrspüler, zwei Öfen, Gartenmöbel, TV, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine. Private Garage in der Garage im Untergeschoss.
Die Unterkunft liegt außerdem nicht weit vom Hafen und Yachthafen von Arbatax und nur wenige Autominuten vom Zentrum von Tortolì entfernt, das zahlreiche Geschäfte und kommerzielle Aktivitäten bietet. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt, um alle Schönheiten der Provinz Ogliastra zu erreichen. Das Haus ist komplett möbliert und mit allem Zubehör ausgestattet. Das Gebiet in der Nähe der Struktur ist mit allen Dienstleistungen ausgestattet, Tortolì-Arbatax ist tatsächlich das Wirtschaftszentrum der kleinen Provinz und bietet alles, was ein Tourist braucht. Waste is collected via a sorting system in this municipality; guests are therefore required to follow the rules and guidelines provided upon arrival at the apartment.
A maximum electricity consumption allowance is set for the duration of the stay, calculated as 15 kWh per day multiplied by the number of days stayed. If this limit is exceeded, the cost of the additional consumption—calculated at €0.60 per kWh—will be charged to the guest.
A security deposit of €300 is required. A penalty of €50 applies if waste is not sorted correctly in accordance with municipal regulations. This fee covers the cost of the cleaning service handling the waste separation, thereby avoiding potential municipal fines of up to €400. Instructions to ensure proper sorting are available inside the apartment in five languages; our team is also available to provide any further clarification needed.
