The SAUERWEINGUT which was built in the 17th century’s is located in the most beautiful district of Salzburg. It has been renovated until March 2018 in many hours and a lots of effort. The exterior facade has remained faithful to style. Inside you will find an exceptional residential ambience with traditional elements and elegant design.
This NEW 140 m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers 2 separate bed rooms with double beds. You will find a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Through a spiral staircase you will get to a rooftop balcony which offers a breathtaking view. On this level you will find also an area with a sofa which offers you further space to hang out. The bathroom ist equipped with a bath tub, shower and WC.
Please note: Beginning in may 2025 we have a higher taxes and transport fee, € 4,15/person and day, except children unter 16 years. You you will get then a ticket for all bus in the region of Salzburg. From may to april 2025 the taxes are € 1,85/person and day, but without a bus ticket. Thank you very much for your understanding!

Modern ausgestattete Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz, einer tollen Dachterrasse und in super Lage (20 min Fußweg in die Altstadt). Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und für Fragen bestand jederzeit die Möglichkeit Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber aufzunehmen. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt und sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Salzburg. Eva was a fantastic host. Clean and comfortable. The loft and open top deck on the roof is amazing. Great location. The restaurant next door is a must when you stay. Ask for Sebastian. He was fantastic. Would definitely stay again on our next visit.
