By choosing this villa for 5/6 people, located in a small residence with swimming pool, you'll enter of full foot in a real atmosphere of holidays for forgetting the habits of the everyday life.
nested under pines, in border of the international golf of Lacanau, this house will allow you to take advantage completely of nature, while being near beaches and the center of lacanau city, one of the most place of the french surfing. You will be moreover near Bordeaux city and its famous vineyard.
Ideally located ,this villa contains:
- A living space with tall cellings (around 5 meters), a dining room with a fully equiped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven/microwave, electric coffee maker), a living area with a 3 places sofa and flat screen TV ( digital channels)
- A bedroom with double bed and storage space, a bedroom upstairs with two individual beds, and wardrobe for storage, and a mezzanine with an individual bed and a small sofa bed for a kid,
- One bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and storage furniture,
- A W.C,
- An entrance with storage space for luggage , and a washing machine,
The villa has also a terrace, the ideal place to make your grills, taste a glass of fresh rosé of Provence, or why not, a delicious wine of Bordeaux! The terrace overhangs a closed garden, in which your children will can play in complete safety.
The villa was renovated in 2017. The tints of white, beige, grey and blue, as well as the furniture chosen tastefully create a warm, bright and cosy atmosphere, in which you will feel so good!
You will find in Lacanau Ocean all that's needed: supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants and bars. Lacanau Ocean is finally the ideal place to practice your favorite sport: mountain bike, golf, tennis, running ... and naturally surf or bodyboard.
If the summer is often hot and sunny, the weather is also pleasant during may and junk ( 20/25 celsius degrees), and during autumn, in september and october ( 20/30 celsius degrees).

Topissime !!!Villa très bien équipée (literie très confortable), idéalement situee et rénovée avec goût.Nous étions au calme, sous la pinède et, grâce à une météo printanière, nous avons bien apprécié l’amenagement exterieur.Nous recommandons vivement cette location (mais laissez-nous un créneau : on veut revenir !!)Merci merci merci !!

Bel emplacement situé à quelques km de l'océan. Comptez 5 minutes en vélo. Maison dans la forêt. Un magnifique spectacle de pleine nature. Ecureuils et oiseaux...Très calme et propre. Belle déco ! Tout est fonctionnel.Bref, tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille.Seul bémol (un classique des locations de vacance) le revêtement des poëles Tefal assez limite...Merci encore !!!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, la maison est agréable, bien décorée et équipée, et surtout bien placée entre le lac de Lacanau et l'Océan. La piscine est un plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
