This lovely two room apartment with 84 m2 (900 sq. ft.) is ideal for one to four guests visiting Munich for work or pleasure. Walking distance to Sendlinger tor and Marienplatz. New to VRBO, though not new to sharing our Munich apartment with guests from around the world. We have recently (April 2024) renovated the apartment walls, so the mold and excessive humidity you have read in the reviews is not an issue anymore!
It may still get humid during the summer, so I would not recommend guests with asthma or lung problems to book our place!

Great location to explore Munich, esp once you figure out the public transportation! Comfortable bed, huge shower, handy washer/dryer. Communication and check-in instructions were amazing. Would recommend to fellow travelers!

Lovely & spacious floor-level apartment in a quiet street but very close to transport links and short walk into centre of Munich. Has everything you need for a short stay. Host was really friendly, responded quickly to questions and resolved the couple of (self-inflicted!) issues we had really smoothly. Huge bedroom, nice bathroom. Would heartily recommend it.

We loved the spacious apartment, its close proximity to lots of restaurants, and being ground floor meant the apartment stayed cool during the heatwave.
