Villa Simpleza is situated in Klek, a lovely town, located in a beautiful cove between Split and Dubrovnik.
The villa offers a private terrace with heated swimming pool and garden.
Around the private swimming pool you will find parasols and sunbeds with pool towels provided. BBQ facilities are at guests' disposal.
Pets are allowed without additional charge. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out. This six bedroom villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi features private terrace with garden, air conditioning, free WiFi, SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with sitting area.
Kitchen is equipped with Refrigerator, Freezer, Oven, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Espresso machine, Water Kettle, Kitchen utensils and Dining table.
Each bedroom comes with private bathroom fitted with walk in shower and hair dryer.Washing machine, Dryer as well as Ironing facilities are at guest's disposal. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons. Due to the properties excellent location, everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached in a short distance.
The nearest beach is located only few steps away from the property, while the nearest market, grocery store, restaurant and coffee bar can be reached within 100 m range, with many more of them in the surrounding area.
Tourist board and post office can be found in 500 meters range. The bus stop is approx. 200 m away from the property. Dubrovnik airport is 89 km away while Ploče Ferry port is 29 away from the property.

Der Preis für den Gruppenaufenthalt war sehr attraktiv. Sechs Schlafzimmer boten ausreichend Platz für alle. Der Poolbereich war wunderschön, mit bequemen Liegen und bereitgestellten Handtüchern. Dank der Nähe zu Supermärkten und Restaurants konnte man sich zudem schnell einen Snack oder eine Mahlzeit besorgen.

Wir haben hier ein schnelles Wochenende verbracht, was wunderbar funktioniert hat. Der Jacuzzi und der Grill waren Höhepunkte, die unsere Abende unterhaltsam und entspannt machten.

Jeden dzień zaczęliśmy od relaksu w ogrodzie przed zwiedzaniem Klek. Wszystko było dobrze przemyślane , kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona, łóżka komfortowe i blisko do miłych miejsc.
