Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned duplex flat for rent in the town of Ax-les-Thermes, within walking distance of the ski resort.
It measures 90 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Situated on the ground floor (accessible via a few steps), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with a sofa and TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A separate toilet In the basement: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds - A bathroom with a shower For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: high chair, washing machine, cot. Outside: - An 18 m² terrace to enjoy sunny days - A shared, enclosed garden of 150 m² The flat is ideally situated in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park. Activities: - Hiking, skiing, thermal baths (the ski resort is within walking distance via the cable car) - Mountain biking - Bains du Couloubre - Caving - Canyoning - Rock climbing - Rafting As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Ax-les-Thermes station, about 3 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, approximately 2 hours’ drive away Other notes: - Wi-Fi, fibre broadband - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
