The apartment is located next to Entença metro stop, right by Eixample district, the city centre of Barcelona. - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes. - Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day. -Please note that the apartment works with virtual keys which means you need a mobile device with data to access the apartment - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team! *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50⬠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.
This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.
This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⬠charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400⬠and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100⬠charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100⬠+ all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities. Thank you for your understanding! Pets: Not allowed.

The property location was ok but if you're expecting air conditioning - look elsewhere. They did provide 2 fans after we asked. We were there in May and it was already warm in the apartment. Es war super ich wollte früher in die wohnung und durch absprache mit dem Host durfte ich früher in dir Wohnung. Wir haben die wohnung sehr sauber aufgefunden und auch von der lage her war es perfekt. Zu fuss bis zur stadt waren es 20 minuten weg. Ansonsten gab es noch vor dem block ein supermarkt.

This was an amazing, the location is close to everything and the owner is very lovely. 100% recommended for another stay, owner was even nice to extend our check out as we had a delayed flight. Would definitely stay here again :)
