The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this 3-bedroom modern apartment located by the centre of Barcelona, next to Plaza Universitat and Plaza Catalunya.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, with a living area that features a relaxing sofa and a flat screen TV, dining area, and equipped kitchen.
Enjoy the sunny indoor patio for sunbathing and having lunch with family! - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes. - Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day. - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team! *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50⬠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.
This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.
This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⬠charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400⬠and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100⬠charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100⬠+ all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. There are many restaurants and cafes in this region, which is full of modernist structures with stone and iron embellishments on their façade. The left side of the Eixample is the largest neighborhood in this district.
It's a great area to explore on foot, with a wide variety of bars offering live music and local shops, as well as great terraces where you can kick back and relax over a coffee.
In this neighborhood, the large number of restaurants that offer a type of cuisine with a more avant-garde style stands out. A great plqce to stay when in Barcelona for sure with a host who is extremely prompt in answering and exchanging information about our reservation. it was our first experience and we will definitely go back if the opportunity arises!

Located in the heart of the city with walking access to shopping, restaurants and sites to see. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The host was highly responsive. I recommend this rental whole heartedly.

Easy walk to everything including Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. The full size beds were comfortable but the 2 twin beds were uncomfortable.
