The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this spacious and bright penthouse, that will be a perfect option for your stay in Barcelona, which allows you to enjoy the comfort and convenient location, and discover everything Barcelona has to offer.
Savour a relaxing evening in this great apartment after a busy day of sightseeing around this beautiful city, Have a private dinner with family or business group, or enjoy a glass of wine on a spacious terrace with amazing views over Barcelona. - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes. - Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day. - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team! *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50⬠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.
This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.

Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. It is the neighbourhood where you can find Carrer de Valencia, in which the apartment is situated. Itâs known for its grid system of straight streets, which was built in the 1860s to accommodate the cityâs rising population.
There are many restaurants and cafes in this region, which is full of modernist structures with stone and iron embellishments on their façade. The left side of the Eixample is the largest neighborhood in this district.
It's a great area to explore on foot, with a wide variety of bars offering live music and local shops, as well as great terraces where you can kick back and relax over a coffee.
In this neighborhood, the large number of restaurants that offer a type of cuisine with a more avant-garde style stands out. We arrived and at first had difficulty entering the appartment, and when we got in, the furniture in the living room didnt match the picture at all.
The fold out couch on one of the pictures are now in the living room and cleary worn out, and the actual couch in the living room is replaced with one...

We truly enjoyed staying in this penthouse apartment. We were two couples traveling together. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to Placa Espana where it was easy to take the Aerobus to/from the Airport and to access the Metro. The apartment is in a less touristy location, but it was easy to ...

There is a lovely, large terrace with a wonderful view of the city and a table for eating, space for lounging. The space is incredibly comfortable and roomy. Couldn't recommend more.
