The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to our new apartment! Located next to Gran Via avenue and Eixample district, in the middle of Sant Antoni and right by the city centre.
Our 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms modern and bright apartment is ideal for your stay! I am sure you will enjoy relaxing by the apartment private terrace and its ideal configuration. Also, it will take you only 6 minutes by metro to get to Plaza Catalunya and 18 minutes to get to Sagrada Familia! You have found your place! - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes. - Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day. - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team! *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50⬠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.
This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.
This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⬠charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Apartment is very well connected, one minute (100 m) from the red line metro stop (L1) "Rocafort" which is the second metro line that was built in Barcelona and therefore one of the main ones in the city.
