Located in the very core of Liverpool, this apartment is perfect for those desiring a dynamic, action-packed trip in a central location! Situated on Liverpool's iconic Seel St. home to some of Liverpool's finest bars and restaurants, the location of this property is outstanding for those desiring to explore the City's vibrant scene!
This apartment can accommodate up to 7-guests, making it the ideal base for groups!
You will have full access of the property at all times.
We are always here to help if needed but aim to provide a smooth and hassle free experience for our guests! **Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time.
Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.** Other Things to note: The apartment is not suitable for parties or events. We do host hen and stag groups in this apartment, though ask the apartment is left in a good state. We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property. The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed.
An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.
If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works.

We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Pets: Not allowed.

Additional rules: • Any parties or events are not allowed on this property, however if you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a quiet hen or stag stays, please reach out to us and we are happy to review this for you. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule.
This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
